We are currently seeking Software Engineer join our team as we expand our operations in the region. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to design and develop the next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region. You should be customer-focused, results-orientated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with software applications development, installation and implementation of projects.
- Assist in enhancing existing product designs.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to explore business requirements and react quickly to customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web and tech trends and have a keen interest in the latest developments in such technologies.
Requirements
- Possess Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong working knowledge in Java.
- Must familiar with Angular, PostgreSQL,RHEL,AngularJS, Spring Framework, API Service Integration.
- Experiences in contact centre environment, VOIP (Asterisk), Social Media Chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) and Dialog Flow will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
- Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills
- Familiar with Windows and Linux environment.
