Job Description

We are currently seeking Software Engineer join our team as we expand our operations in the region. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to design and develop the next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region. You should be customer-focused, results-orientated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Assist with software applications development, installation and implementation of projects.
  • Assist in enhancing existing product designs.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to explore business requirements and react quickly to customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest web and tech trends and have a keen interest in the latest developments in such technologies.
Requirements
  • Possess Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge in Java.
  • Must familiar with Angular, PostgreSQL,RHEL,AngularJS, Spring Framework, API Service Integration.
  • Experiences in contact centre environment, VOIP (Asterisk), Social Media Chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) and Dialog Flow will be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
  • Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills
  • Familiar with Windows and Linux environment.
